Privacy
This page says what the site collects, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
When you send the form, we collect your name, phone, town and message, and the lab report details you give us. When you call or text, we see your number.
What we use it for
To answer you, to read your report, and to write your proposal. We do not sell it. We share it only with the independent lab when you ask us to send a sample.
Lab reports and photos
A report or photo you text goes to the shop phone. It is not posted anywhere.
How long we keep it
Job records stay as long as the system needs a record. Messages that never became a job are deleted on request.
